Shawn Hill – Offensive Coordinator/Defensive Liaison
Coach Hill comes to KP Football with an impressive resume. He started his coaching at Westwood HS, 1988 - 1992, then went to Medway HS, 1993 - 1994. In 1996 he moved to Millis HS where he stayed until 2005, his last year before coming to KP. During these years, Coach Hill won 3 Superbowls and 7 League Championships. Coach Hill graduated from Millis HS and then Bridgewater State College. He's the owner of Central Mailing Services, Inc., and is a father of two, living in Putnam, CT.

Greg Norris – Wide Receivers/Inside Linebackers
Growing up in Stratford, CT., Coach Norris was a 2-sport HS captain for football and track. He attended UConn where he earned a B.S. in Marketing, and is now the Team Sales Manager for Brine's Sporting Goods. With an older brother having coached in the Arena League for the past 15 years, Coach Norris comes to KP with plenty of football knowledge. Coach lives in Wrentham with his wife Deborah and son Ethan. He enjoys running, weight training, and fishing.

 
Shawn Gough – Head Freshman Coach
After spending 14 years as Walpole's Freshman Head Coach, Coach Gough moved to the KP program where he has had 5 impressive seasons. Coach Gough grew up in Algonac, Michagan, and stayed in his home state to attend Central Michigan University where he earned a teaching degree. Since his time in Michigan, over the past 20 years, he has been teaching 5th grade in the Walpole School District. Coach Gough and his family, wife Bridget and son Matt, live in Wrentham.

 

Chris Perchard – Freshman Defensive Coordinator
Chris is entering his sixth season as a KP Freshman Coach. While attending Walpole HS, he played in 2 superbowls under the watchful eye of then Offensive Line Coach, Brian Lee. Chris went on to play college ball for Springfield College and UMass Boston. Chris works as a real estate agent for ReMax, as well as being a small business owner in the property management industry. Chris lives in Franklin with his fiance Corinne and 3 yr old son, Jacson. 

 

Josh Cooney – Freshman Assistant Coach

Mike Constantine – Freshman Assistant Coach, Defensive Backs
Having grown up in Norfolk, MA, Mike still bleeds green & gold, appropriate for a Freshman Assistant Coach. Mike attended KP HS from 1986 - 1900 where he played baseball, basketball, hockey, and football. After highschool he attended UMass Amherst and Merrimack College. Mike works as a financial advisor with 1776 Financial, Franklin, and lives in Wrentham with his wife Tricia and 2 boys.
